Terms and Conditions for Worker App

1. Acceptance of Terms:

• By accessing or using the Worker app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility:

• You must be 16 years or older to use this app. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Registration and Account:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services and Responsibilities:

• As a worker on the platform, you agree to provide the services agreed upon with the users in a professional and timely manner.
• You are responsible for maintaining the necessary skills, qualifications, and licenses to perform the services offered.

5. Payments:

• Worker App will facilitate payments between users and workers. Payments will be processed securely through United States any payment method. Worker App will deduct a 5% service fee from each transaction.

6. Ratings and Reviews:

• Users may provide ratings and reviews based on their experience with your services. Worker App reserves the right to display these ratings and reviews on the platform.

7. Code of Conduct:

• You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner and treat users with respect.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Termination:

• Worker App reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause.

9. Privacy:

• Worker App collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to such collection and processing.

10. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights related to the app are owned by Potolo Lite. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Potolo Lite. The arbitration decision will be final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms:

Potolo Lite reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
